the neat thing is that the software has been around for quite awhile; that video clip you posted didn't show half of the avatars you can download for it.

and if i recall correctly, at least when i was checking to see if it was compatible with my own quickcam (which it isn't..) the config files for the avatars are easily modifiable, so it shouldn't be too difficult to make your own.
