A handful of poems from my past

Here are a few of my older poems most of them written around 2001. I'm not sure how things work around here as far as content warnings and such but just in case there are a few vulgarities and occasional sexual and violent content. I also feel the need to warn that I write poetry for myself not for others although I do enjoy sharing it, but because I write it for myself sometimes it's written in a manner that it's pretty much impossible to decipher what i'm actually talking about. Which I personally feel is how poetry is meant to be, instead I feel, one should look for how it affects them and what it means to them, if anything at all. I also do on rare occasions make up words for dramatic effect, so for example in one of these poems when I use the term diswant, no I'm not being ignorant, I do know that it's not a true word but I wanted to use it nonetheless. Okay, that's enough of a preamble I believe, onto my mindless drivel.

My Heart's Blood
Heat and Energy
Predator and Prey
Hate and love
Fear and confusion
Death and decay
Me and him. . .

We share the dance
The feelings glimmer beneath the surface
But facades pull down. . .
And we caress each other with pain,
kiss each other with remarks.
And FUCK to Death with words

His orgasm pleases me too much.




Predators
predators
you can tell by their eyes
Their retinas scream
"you are edible and I forgot my lunch"
Why are they so beautiful?
so sexy. . .
so attractive. . .
Are they monsters or masters?
Do I want to be one?
I don't know.
"What's the Price?"
My bloodied and beaten soul?
Can you afford the risk?



Obsession
Strange that
The urge to write
The inability to write about anything
other than that you really diswant to write about.
I refuse to obsess.
It's like a little fucker.
It crawls inside your head
makes a home
and sets up a family and garden.
White picket fences my ass.
Death to the romance fascists.
It could be easy
everything in me says so
but they won't allow it.


And they call me a masochist
