Rogue from The Cruxshadows makes an important guest appearance on the
upcoming single, "Open Your Eyes," from The Dreamside. For those not
familiar with The Dreamside, this Dutch band has been around for over a
dozen years, and offers a blend of goth, metal, and strong female vocals
that has since been adopted by bands like Evanescence and Within Temptation.
This single features Rogue on duet vocals with Kemi of The Dreamside. There
is an equal mix of synth/goth that you might expect to hear from The
Cruxshadows, and goth/metal. It rocks, but you can definitely dance to it.
There are remixes by Lunascape and Blutengel, two versions of the single,
and an album track, "Spin Moon Magic." There is also a special documentary
video that shows the making of the video for "Open Your Eyes." The actual
video for "Open Your Eyes," which also features Rogue prominently, will
appear on the new Dreamside album later this summer. The album is absolutely
amazing and will definitely reward the patience of Dreamside fans who have
been anticipating its release.
This single costs only $4.99, and we will begin shipping it on July 1st, It
will not be available in other stores until July 19th.
