When i was working with battered women, Legal Aid had stopped doing divorces except for in cases where documented history of domestic violence such as an order of protection was already in place. They had to do that because their case-load got overwhelming. But, that's been a couple years now, so who knows, maybe they have the funding and staff to do regular divorces again.
Also worth checking out is the UT college of Law. They have legal clinics for low income people where a final year law student assisted by a professor prepares your case for you.
Otherwise, just pick up the phonebook and start calling lawyers and asking for their price. There are several in the area that will do a non-contested for $250 - $350. i used Rebecca Slone in Jefferson City, who was in that price range.
