SANTA MARIA, Calif., Mar 10, 2005 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- A teenager described Michael Jackson giving him wine, calling it "Jesus juice," in his second day of testimony at the singer's California trial.

Jackson arrived late to his California child molestation trial Thursday, wearing pajamas and looking disheveled.

Earlier, his lawyer told the Santa Maria, Calif., court the pop star was hospitalized with a serious back problem, but Judge Rodney Melville threatened to issue a bench warrant if Jackson failed to appear within an hour.

Jackson's accuser testified Wednesday he was undergoing chemotherapy for cancer when he met Jackson and thought "he was the coolest guy in the world."

Rolling Stone reported that on Thursday, the accuser continued to tell the jury about a documentary in which he appeared with the singer. He said that he was with Jackson in Miami the day the film aired and that Jackson asked him to act out a scene in which he was a troubled student and Jackson a school principal. Jackson put wine in a Coca Cola can.

"He said he knew I was stressed out from all the media stuff going on," the teen testified, "and the Jesus juice would relax me."

If he does get time, his lawyers will kiss ass and get him transferred to a mental health facility. He's not going to prison. He's going to be living it up in some swank "hospital".

Jackson will not go to jail. His family has money.He has money. His name alone draws cash everytime you say it. Media frenzy and book deals. Merchandice and running gags. With the name on the tounges of soccer moms and constuction workers. Water cooler jokes. he is the new boogeyman. Remember Dahmer? If he had the back story that Jackson has then he would have been locked away in a maximam security asylum, and that is what I think will happen with Jackson. If not some one will rape and kill him with a broom.
