ky teen thrown in jail over zombie story

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

omfg, 2 things there... is the ACLU shoud jump all over this; I don't think KY can override the 1st admendment. JHC it's a story in a *private* journal - I thought when you made a threat, you actually made the threat to someone... kinda what makes it a threat.

Next, wth kinda grandparents take a journal and hand it over to the police?

So, in in the state of KY, Buffy is contraban? I gues about 1/2 of all anime is out too...

oh yea... I wanna read this story now too ;)

Jesus 'Tap-Dancin' Christ...This is rediculous...I agree with CodePoet here...I'm pretty sure you have to threaten something, before you can be arrested for 'threats'...That's like me saying 'I'm gonna kick some guys ass'...Then getting arrested for assault...doesn't quite work that way...I hope this kid makes millions...Though, with some of his double negatives, & poor grammar...Not sure if that one's happening...

Completely ridiculous... especially the part about his grandparents turning him in. Things like this need to happen to illustrate the stupidity of these kinds of policies. May the ACLU take them down!

I don't know if it became a law or anything but I do know that after the columbine thing jornals became a big target. If you are a troubled teen and you write your thouughts down, some one will confiscate it, read it, and try to punish you for your thoughts. It is a wonderful world isnt it.

Uh oh. Looks like the war on terror is nothing more than a modern day WITCH HUNT.
