All's fair...
What is fair, in love in war,
What fortunes come to pass,
Comes from those adjoined in battle,
Striving to the last.
But when Ares' lust is slaked,
And Athena's peace has come,
The ruin lies in the sun and bakes,
And no one here has won.
So, dear General, set your course,
And lash you, to your mast,
And let not the sirens, tempt you, draw you,
And crush you with the past
What is fair, in love in war,
What fortunes come to pass,
Comes from those adjoined in battle,
Striving to the last.
But when Ares' lust is slaked,
And Athena's peace has come,
The ruin lies in the sun and bakes,
And no one here has won.
So, dear General, set your course,
And lash you, to your mast,
And let not the sirens, tempt you, draw you,
And crush you with the past
