Ok, I had ordered a dress from EBay and when I got it, it's just a smidge too big for me. I wanna wear it to my work Christmas party but I have NO idea where to take it for alterations. I don't need anything very drastic (I don't think) and am hoping that someone might be able to recommend a place where I could take it for cheap alterations. It's a halter top style dress and I need the halter top pulled up some and the back pulled in since it's too loose. Any wonderful recommendations??
