I've seen a few things online about self-publishing but I've found nothing that answers my questions about it simply.
I've been writing since I was 12 years old and have amassed a great deal of things and I plan to try and assemble what I want and make them into books I can do myself. I've had a hard time finding information on this.
Also, I want to one day be able to operate under my own publication name. I know it can't be as easy as just making up a name and slapping it on and calling it mine. I plan on distrubting works by local unknown writers too later on.
It's a goal I really want to work toward. If anyone has any links to information that I could use, that would be great.

Question about self-publication
Sapienter commeo lente; aiunt offendo adeo terga celer.
Quick answers:
Project Pulp sells small press books and magazine online.
Abobe products can export files as pdf, which means you can make e-books to sell very easily.
I also have an interest in/plans for building my own imprint - the first products being ebooks (free) of my husband's archaeology papers.
