Ren Faire

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

Ren Faire

Post by MahoganyDawn »

I know this is in Upcoming Events but thought I'd mention it here as well.

There is a Ren Faire this weekend in Rogersville, TN. I am planning on going and there is room for 2 more in my car if anyone else is interested. The thread to Upcoming Events is at : http://www.knoxgothic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=715
May your dreams be the future you could have had, and your nightmares be the realization that you destroyed your chance to make it reality.

They actually managed to bring a lot of talent in last year.

Oh, and the belly dancers...

Ya, I got pretty drunk... okay... *very* drunk at the Madrigal Dinner, and the one belly dancer kept messing with me. She was evil, in that totally seductive way.... *sigh* good times.
The firemen came and broke through the chimney top. And me and Mom were expecting them to pull out a dead cat or a bird. And instead they pulled out my father. He was dressed in a Santa Claus suit. He'd been climbing down the chimney... his arms loaded with presents. He was gonna surprise us. He slipped and broke his neck. He died instantly. And that's how I found out there was no Santa Claus.

Which day was this? I made it on Sunday.

It was the night before it all started... ummm... I guess that would make it Friday night. A few of my friends are on the so called 'arts council' and helped put it all together. They gave me their extra ticket for my birthday :)

I can't decide if I'm going to go this year. It may be hard to keep up with the baby at the park.
