Scorptrio doesn't speak of himself in the third person because he doesn't really exist.

I am going to shoot for 7 PM, 8 at the latest. It won't be easy dragging him away from my 3D computer gaming network on his first day here.

Marie, bring your broodlings along as well! Between mine, Mo's, JaNell's and yours, Fort Kid will be in shambles.

My most profound and heartfelt thanks to all of you who came out to meet Genoa. We were both overwhelmed by the welcome he received. Special thanks go to Marie, Sarah and Anthony who prepared a surprise vegetarian feast! Genoa is a big fan of Mediterranean food and usually faces very limited selections because of his vegetarian diet, so the extra effort was very appreciated. The feta-and-tomato salad was tasty, the avacado and vegetable stuffed peppers a new twist on an old favorite and the humous was in his words, "insanely good." The roasted vege fajitas must have been scrumptious because they were all eaten up quickly. Splendid friends, I am delighted with you and it was nice to meet the newcomers as well.

Sorry that we had to leave the coffee house for an hour and a half right in the middle of the mingling; Genoa's weekend time here is so booked that we had to appear for friends who couldn't make it to 11th St. I would like to apologize to all those whom I would have liked to have spoken with longer. The evening seemed to fly by, as good times often do. I'm still astounded at the turnout and atmosphere and can't express my gratitude toward all of you.
