Help me braid?

Post by karlaBOO »

I want braided extensions again, possibly within the next week or so. I need 2, possibly 3, people to help me. I can show you how. Who's in?

Haven't ever done that before but would be cool to learn.

I'm sure some monkeys would be all for it.

I'd be willing to help if you'd help me braid my dreads back in. I could show you how, although I can't image the two types of braid are that different.

:)

Lemme know.

Wow, I didn't notice that till just now. I thought maybe Karla had wanted braids again, because I'm wanting dreads again...

weirdness. I guess that's what happens when you only look at the last reply date.

Well, I am wanting them again though. I'd have to do a bunch of my natural color, with a teensy bit of an UN- NATURAL accent color. Oh, yes, show me how to help with your dreads!!!!!!! I am curious as to the installation, and I've kindof wanted to try them myself.

Looks like I might do them next weekend. Are you free?

The dreads I do are EASY EASY. Last time I did 90% by myself, then ToriBat did the back section. They are called double ended dreads, and you just braid them in. So simple.

So when you gonna get your bradin on?

I am leaving town next saturday for 6 days. *pout* I don't think I can have that sort of "do" for the trip either.

I was just reading on Quinnster's site last night about installing double ended dreads!! :) It looks pretty easy. I definately think I could help. It might be out of the question this go round though, if that is definately when you are doing it.

It's not *definate* because my friends are all so freakishly busy. PLUS I have to do another film in the next weeks and it has to be about me (class assignment, I'm not *that* vain) :( I want them NOW. Eh well.

Lemme know when you want yours, and maybe we can have a dread/braid party. If I wait much longer, I might just wait till the weekend of April 18th because the weekend before is my mother's wedding, and I'll have a sitter the weekend of the 18th. :D

Yes, I suppose no tinies is the way to go. Boo is 7, I believe that your's is younger. Although, I have braided some rexlace into boo's hair before.

BTW, I tried to add you on LJ, but it's not letting me add anyone. *poop* I'm gonna keep trying. :D

Right here.

I actually like my hair braided, used to wear it that way all the time when I worked with cats, it was just safer, but I can NEVER find anyone to braid it so I need to learn how to do it myself.
