Andre Gainey found out the hard way that in the state of New York it's illegal to drive while watching porn.

too funny...it is strange though its the first case....guess police are bashful when they pull them over so its never made the news.

Frankly, I don't know of many people who have the ability to view any type of film in their cars. A mercedes with view screens in the headrests? I think that might have something to do with the infrequency of such incidents. Just a guess...

what I'm curious about and didn't quite get from the article is was he pulled over for watching it while driving or pulled over cause it was porn?

I think it has to deal with watching films and driving. I know that talking on the cell and driving in NY is illegal. Plus it didnt say if he was masterbaing or not? That would be indecent exposure.

No the cop was going to let it go (the three kids at the bus stop he hit were in a bad part of town so..) but then the officer (who was watching over his shoulder) realized it was "Finding REMO"! :lol:
