Friendster and Old Friends

Just curious, anybody here on http://www.friendster.com/? If you remember sixdegrees.com, it's basically the same thing.

I joined after a local friend managed to find some folks she lost touch with 10 years ago on there.

Speaking of, ever since going through an old photo album of mine i've been (admittedly halfassedly, on google) looking for some folks i knew in Knoxville, back around 1990-1993 or so. If anyone knows what happened to any of these folks, please msg me (or, hell, if it is something interesting enough for anyone else to want to read about it, i guess you could follow up here with a public reply or something too):

It's only been about 4 years since I lost touch with my old friends back home. I'm still too pissed off to care to talk to them yet.

Most of the people I've lost touch with have been lost intentionally.

If you think Big Brother doesn't already know who you are and you have any of the following; credit card, email address, bank account, social security number, or job then you are just ignorant.
