Did they shoot this video at Temple?

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

I think its sort of funny but wow thats bad music.

I thought it was gonna be a song that went

"anywhere I go a fly girl will please me, east to west gothic girls are easy"

No wonder we get all these guys coming to this website looking for goth girls to date.

Actually, I think the song is pretty awesome compared to most of what passes for goth/industrial/rock these days. It's a shit-ton better than the latest Rob Zombieclone 2000. And the lyrics are hilarious. "VALENTINE'S DAY ON HALLOWEEN!"

And gotta love the "Stalks her prey on the packed dance floor, grinds to the Sisters like a high-class whore, she dances to Bauhaus the Cult and the Cure, with the voice of her Idol yelling 'More, more, more!'" Took me a good three listens to figure out the "Rebel Yell" joke in there.

I officially request this song for every future Temple. And since I'm back in the area, I'll most likely be attending again, at least once or twice a month.

Not since See Colin Slash's "Hardcore" has there been such a great goth/industrial self-parody.

*AT FIRST* I liked the video, but by the time the first chorus hit the lyrics made it all absurd, it'd be fun to watch muted though.

I was thinking about this video and was thinking of how lame it is that women are considered "easy" but not the men that are fucking them....Damn double standards.

Maybe we just know what we want ;)

Holy shit! I have never thought of that before! Wow. Just... wow. DEEP.

(On the real: I thought most of the guys in the KG scene WERE considered easy?)

Yeah but people aren't singing songs about it, but maybe it would just be redundant.

I think most guys in this group take anything they can get.

Perhaps it is the fact that girls in general, whether sorostitutes or goth chix(tm), tend to advertise their "ease of use" more blatantly than the guys (in terms of dress, not personality).

I mean, frat bar = girls in miniskirts yelling "woo", making out with each other, and grinding their asses on guys. The guys? Baseball hat, jeans and a t-shirt.

Not that I'd like to see assless leather chaps and bare shirts become the norm among the males at Temple. :D

I think that's true of the entirety of Knoxville's "scene;" male or female.

I think you all should build a big statue with a plaque under it that says:

"Give me your fat, your desperate,
Your socially challenged yearning to belong,
The sad, sad rejects of your public schools"

Or something like that.
The firemen came and broke through the chimney top. And me and Mom were expecting them to pull out a dead cat or a bird. And instead they pulled out my father. He was dressed in a Santa Claus suit. He'd been climbing down the chimney... his arms loaded with presents. He was gonna surprise us. He slipped and broke his neck. He died instantly. And that's how I found out there was no Santa Claus.
