NT Times. $100? Good God.

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

Two tanks? Nice!

I'm seeing $80 fillups these days. Much higher, and I'll have $100 fillups.

I really miss the $.77/gallon I was paying when I got my truck - I could fill up for $20.

The only thing worse than being ignorant is not knowing how ignorant you are. That's The Bush Administration's problem. You see, I unmistakably believe that The Bush Administration brandishes the word "uncharacteristically" as a kind of up-to-date jack-o'-lantern to scare children. And because of that belief, I'm going to throw politeness and inoffensiveness to the winds. In this letter, I'm going to be as rude and crude as I know how, to reinforce the point that of particular interest to me is the way that The Bush Administration continuously denies that I am fed up to the back teeth with its judgmental perceptions. Get that straight, please. Any other thinking is blame-shoving or responsibility-dodging. Furthermore, The Bush Administration's secret passion is to foist the most poisonously false and destructive myths imaginable upon us. For shame! It is true that The Bush Administration, who is astonishingly adroit at twisting words, has been able to convince scores of people that we're supposed to shut up and smile when it says headstrong, pea-brained things, but I would never take a job working for The Bush Administration. Given its slimy communications, who would want to? The Bush Administration has a talent for inventing fantasy worlds in which it commands an army of robots that live in the hollow center of the earth and produce earthquakes whenever they feel like shaking things up a bit on the surface. Then again, just because The Bush Administration is a prolific fantasist doesn't mean that its litanies are not worth getting outraged about.

The Bush Administration has compiled an impressive list of grievances against me. Not only are all of these grievances completely fictitious, but The Bush Administration does not tolerate any view that differs from its own. Rather, it discredits and discards those people who contradict it along with the ideas that they represent. The Bush Administration has the nerve to call those of us who keep our priorities in check "conspiracy theorists". No, we're "conspiracy revealers" because we reveal that the spectrum of views between wowserism and philistinism is not a line but a circle at which malignant jabberers and nefarious franions meet. To properly place The Bush Administration somewhere in that spectrum, one needs to realize that there is no doubt that The Bush Administration will slander those who are most systematically undervalued, underpaid, underemployed, underfinanced, underinsured, underrated, and otherwise underserved and undermined as undeserving and underclass by the end of the decade. Believe me, I would give everything I own to be wrong on that point, but the truth is that if I were a complete sap, I'd believe The Bush Administration's line that all major world powers are controlled by a covert group of "insiders". Unfortunately for it, I realize that The Bush Administration has worn out its welcome. I, not being one of the many callow ignoramuses of this world, challenge it to move from its broad derogatory generalizations to specific instances to prove otherwise. Even though The Bush Administration presents a public face that avoids overt jujuism, I have a New Year's resolution for it: It should pick up a book before it jumps to the pudibund conclusion that it's merely trying to make this world a better place in which to live. I mean, my love for people necessitates that I make an impartial and well-informed evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of The Bush Administration's vituperations. Yes, I face opposition from The Bush Administration. However, this is not a reason to quit but to strive harder. Let me end by saying that I know that what I have written in this letter will send many readers (especially any who are big fans of The Bush Administration) into a tizzy or a tantrum. I am sorry, but I remind them that at the end of this journey, I want to be able to say that I tried my best to think outside the box.

Notice this little blip?:

The proposal would also give the executive branch new authority to set fuel standards for cars, an idea that will get a hearing in the House this week.

Amazing how the Bush administration tries to sneak these things in. More power for the executive branch, drilling in the ANWR, a measly $100 dollar rebate, and you got it folks, just bend over and the a** f**king is free!!!

Sad but true, I'm in the same boat. Looking to move closer to work or change jobs, and I'm only 23 miles from work. CRAPPY job has a cap of 3% on raises, I maxed out last year but most peeps are getting 1-2% tops this year. When cost of living is 4% on average. I calculate a 2% raise and gas goes from 2.25 to 3.00 $'s a gallon. My raise just cover gas. SAD SAD SAD...

Anyone have a nice apt. on or near Chaptman HWY 500.00 or less PM me I'm game ASAP :)

That will do 2.5 tanks for me.

But to think that a hundred dollars would "ease the pain" is beyond insipid.

Dark Elf, that is an amazing website! I will study it in length when I have free time. So you are working on ideas like these ..very intresting. My thing is if someone could actually give cold fusion to the world, would not people in higher authority try to take that person out? I mean can you tax water? How many people would be out of work as a result? I believe we could take much better care of our world, yet it all comes down to the green piece of paper that rules our lives. Amazing to think people kill, cheat, lie, etc. for a piece of paper. Is it possible we already have cures for diseases, but at what cost to the medical community? I will get off my soapbox. Sorry, about the ranting I just think this world would be different if we actually cared , instead of being so selfish. I would love to hear your ideas!

Actually, it goes way beyond that.....so much deeper and more complecated that I could ever imagine writing here...... Read the section of that site @ the end of the Technologies section..... all the way @ the bottom there is an explanation of WHY all this beautiful technology will never be available.... and for many reasons that you have probably not considered... including OURSELVES, but its all true. But what we CAN do is educate people. Right now there is a group of us working with Aether energy. A friend of mine in Chicago has built a device that measures Aeather energy... and right now there is an "Earth" Battery an hour from here. This technology has been around 100 years. Aeather energy is what Tesla way REALLY trying to perfect. Right now there is a town in Europe that runs COMPLETLY off of Aeather energy..... that requires less than 1% input. If you are interested I can provide you with a resource of information. Some of it is complicated quantum physics on a level that most will not comprehend. Last week I met with Dr.Boyd who explained allot of it to me... based on papers and stuff he’s written explaining Aeather energy. This is the energy that encompasses everything. It’s the reason for gravity, and the heating of the earth’s core.... Earth energy.... and it can be tapped into with simple physics..... all the great scientists of the last 100 years worked with it, and were shut down..... he is amazing... and his theories even transcend some of the laws of physics that Einstein laid down..... its a new millennium.........and none of this stuff will ever make it to the public. Thus, you cannot patent it, or resell it, but you can educate yourself and others....thus changing the world a little at a time..... If you would like, I can send you a copy of the paper that Dr. Boyd wrote, with his permission, of course. It will change the way that you look at the world..... and life.

a friend of mine in college was working on building a generator outta a working installed bathtub for one of those websites.

this is really just a fucking buyoff because the red knows how fucked they are in November.
They should really just prepare to lose the Congressional power they have held on to since o4, its on its way out rather swiftly after the o6 midterm elections.
theyve been showing charts of the likelyhood of losing one of the engines of control we call the government, and if anything the estimates say about the senate are true, its a good chance the red states will be fucked.
one things for sure, alot of republicans wont get voted back in November.
thats all this shit is.
dont mistake it for an appology.
first step: Rove stepping down to focus on midterm elections.
step two: this shit.
step three? who knows.
its smoke and mirrors.
they are losing polls so bad between gas, immirgration, and iran/iraq its just desperation

when they say heres a hundred dollars!! tell them that pay no attention the the man behind the curtain shit only works in the movies, mail it right back to em and remind em you got a job.
