free usb thumb drive

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

free usb thumb drive

Post by iblis »

once again microshaft is giving away free thumb drives. you need a passport account with them, but if you already have hotmail/msn messenger, you already have one. i'd have posted this in goth geek, but since not everyone reads that forum, i wanted to give the entire board a chance to get free stuff.
  1. go to http://www.micro$oft.com/mysterysolved/corp (change '$' to 's' in the url - KG hates m$, and is loud and proud of it*)
  2. click the image of the usb drive, with the title 'valuable information - get yours'
  3. fill in your address information, etc.

question 1: how many ways are there to obtain a full microshit windows desktop license?

    answer: 2

question 2: volume license agreements cover windows desktop operating system upgrades only.

    answer: true

question 3: oem operating licenses are non-transferable.

    answer: true

question 4: the most cost-effective way to acquire an initial, full underlying windows desktop license is preinstalled.

    answer: true
  4. verify your e-mail address by clicking the confirmation link they send to said address.
done.

* yes, the KG board hates microshaft, and frankly, so do i. but i'll take free shit from them with a clear conscience, as that's not supporting their company - in fact, it's more like happily pillaging their coffers. and everybody could use another jump drive.

I did this earlier in the week, just waiting on it to arrive so I can wipe it and use it for real.....

Ah, yes free is good. I think I"m gonna get one of those fancy Ipod shuffles that can be used as a jump drive, if best buy ever gets them back in stock.

Then, I'll be one of those ipod people. Terrifying.

I have a shuffle and love it. Got mine from Comp, but you can also buy them online and get it engraved for free at Apple's site.

Or you can support local businesses, and buy it at MCS.

Not sure, but probably not. I'm one of those risky people that never buys them anyways though.

Yeah, y'see I do buy them because I'm a klutz, and buying one for my notebook essentially got me a $1500 dollar computer for free in September, after using my laptop for 3 years.

True, I guess it depends on the item being purchased. I guess I would consider that for something like a laptop or a gaming console.

They suck and they don't care

Post by Scorptrio »

I just LOVE that one can use a Microshit Mouse wheel driven by Microshit IntelliPoint on Microshit Windows to scroll a Microshit Web Page loaded on Microshit Internet Explorer and if the cursor just happens to even touch or hover over one of the Microshit coded selection boxes, the scroll wheel will then change the next item in the list and automatically re-load the page with a now erroneous selection. How can they be that smart and that stupid at the same time? Oh yeah, that's right... the whole thing is a scam, a rip-off and the illusion of a working solution because if they actually sold you a working solution you wouldn't have to keep buying again and again and again in the vain hope that it will eventually someday work. Yeah, send me a free USB drive, the most fetid evil in the known universe.
