I'll check it out sometime. I'm still waiting for more to do on Fridays or Saturdays, though. With a M-F day job gig, it's really the only time I can go out without difficulties. This Sunday is Sanctus, next will be the Nashville raid, so I guess we'll try a visit after the NewYear?

Thanks for the respnses guys. I can assure you that it's not the same trite old music. DamienTate plays ambient/dark/world stuff that ranges from downright creepy to absolutely beautiful. I am admittedly more house/trance oriented, but if you listen closely you'll catch me playing "housed-up" versions of the mellower stuff Damien plays :twisted:

Chimera is a greek monster, but it represents the creative imagination. Damien and I spent a lot of time trying to come up with a name for our show that was representative of our intentions. After many names failed to live up to our desires, I just happened to look up the meaning of the word Chimera, which is the title of the lates Delerium disk. We liked it's associations and decided to adopt it for our show.

Hey, is this still on for tonight? I just called the Ballroom, the recording says something about a Cabaret show at 11:30, but nothing else....someone let us know, so I know if I have to run out for cheap beer and rent some crappy movies again tonight....

There's usually a $3 cover. There was talk of waiving the cover for KnoxGoth people, I'll find out for sure and let you all know. They're dropping the occasional drag show on us, but they're short and won't happen every week. Hope to see you all this sunday!

I checked out the cover charge situation. After we've gotten going a bit we'll have a KnoxGoth appreciation nite with no cover for members. It'll probably be a few weeks, we really need to build some energy for this!
