i know that you guys probably don't care.... but here it goes...
derek and i just became homeless because our fucking landlord kicked us out for letting a dog out by accident.
we are trying to find a place to stay .. so if anyone has any ideas what so ever, please, please, please, let us know...

ive spoke with him on a couple of occasions trashed in a few bars before. that guy is pretty cool. he was always with germ right? if its the same guy im thinking of anyway... lol. oh well.

Depending on the situation, you may want to talk to a lawyer.

It's generally illegal to just kick you out without going through eviction procedures.

Unlawful evictions have been known to cost landlords a great deal of money, and if the eviction was illegal, your chances of winning a lawsuit are very, very good.

ok here is the situation... crimecore went outside today to get something out of the car... they have 46 pets 7 of which are dogs that they let out during the day for a short period of time. well when derek went to the car, he shut the door to the gate, but apparently by baer, on of the dogs got loose. they have asked us before to shut the gate, but we have always, ALWAYS checked the gate after we shut it.
we have a contract that was made but we didn't get a copy of it. during the time, our friend lisa was staying here so we decided to crash here, and when they found out they added another 100.00 for the efficency apartment that she was already living in. they just requested that we leave the gate closed, they never mentioned that as a means of termination..
they told derek that they were sorry they had to kick us out, but asked if we could leave tonight... they also said that three months had been long enough for us to stay here and it was time to leave.. they have had issues with us and lisa in the past and i am thinking that they just wanted us gone. i am just curious, they didn't file this to their taxes,and is that against the law? and they also, didn't want anyone knowing that we were staying here. and also they didn't give us a copy of the terms of agreement... can that make it non invoid?
baer is an english major and they pride theirselves on knowing the basic laws of legal documents.

You and Mel are free to visit so do not worry about that. Just do not be staying over night, please. Again we are sorry but the dogs being out for forty five minutes was just too much of a breech of our lease especially as this is a repeated offense.

I'm assuming you now have a copy or the original of the key to the apartment. Please return that along with your last $50.00 rent for the prior two weeks of occupation per the terms of our lease agreement.

It's not your fault they left their dogs out...did they even find the damn dog?
Well, I sent Mel an email about it but I think you guys should try to get government housing...come to Knoxville and get it, if ya have to. (I might have conections, working for the dumbass Health Dept.). I might have to look into housing soon, too. My mom keeps threatening to kick me out. :roll:

But anyways, check on a lawyer, too.

In case you interested, the Target in Fountain City is hiring (well, I think Target is ALWAYS hiring, but still...) and maybe Derek can, like, transfer to the Fazolli's over here. :shrug:

Then you guys can get a place over here. There is actually this kick-ass place I was gettin ready to sign papers for before I got fired ( the 2nd time) (sheesh). It's really nice and not too expensive. If you guys ever think of coming this way.
What about your mom? I've heard you talk about her once or twice...could you stay with her for a lil while?
Well, Like I said, you know where I am if you need me and I am more than willing to help. And let me know where you guys are so I don't worry.

uh you could work at a Wal-mart in say Campbell county (or actually anywhere) thats like 100X more. (Sorry to be way off subject on this important thread and sorry to wal-mart employees, you got to do what you got to do I work for a karoake company in seymour how bad is that).
