So........heres the rundown

i am now

* carless
* computer less
* money less

As i hate sympathy this is quite indeed not a plea for it....perhaps it is, it would be nice to hear people say...thats sad all this happened to you...at least to know people read my rants.....

Let's look at how it all happened

So my day starts ok.....i wake up, people want to see me.....they knock at my door saying hello we want you X. I thought that was nice. I then say...holy shit i waaaaay over slept, nice to know you care if i am alive....i gotta go.

Swish....to the bank

Coversation at said bank

me: HI...i want to deposit 150 of this and take 60 with me.......
woman at counter: ok.....account number
me:.........blahblahblah {what you didn't think i'd just thror my digits out didja?}
woman at counter: ok.....you are in the negative 279.56 you have to deposit all of this
Me: WHAT THE FUCK.....NO...NO NO NO

{at this point i went on a rant about not getting fucked...i've been a good boy and etc etc etc}

after pulling up a screen with my recent activity, it was discovered that my bank account has been "leaking" money to unknown assailent......after them asking me if i had been transfering funds via internet, or if i had taken several smaller amounts out via atm card. No....no i have not...these were taken out on thursday friday saturday and today...i woke up 15 mins ago, and the rest of the days i had better things on my mind......like sleeping, coughing up flem, trying to eat food i couldn't taste, and healing my self from the plauge.

so anyway- the end result is as:
40 dollars taken out 7 times over the course of the weekend. No 'said' person taking money out. all that can be done is closing my account {so much for the rest of my 750 universal monster checks} my account swipped...the 'niceness' of them letting me cash my checks out, so i can pay off former bank of car loan that money in bank should have taken care of when check went thru, and their assurence that "they'll find out what happened"

My computer went down sunday night, i leveled problem down to one of 2 things, motherboard dies, or processor dies. Both of which are under warranty still. I say...ok great- i get the warranty info, call the number.....and "warranty doesn't cover burnout past 3 months".......i see a trend......my asshole being a victim.- so to buy a new a motherboard and or processor is going to cost me, actually what i can buy the same system for.......

THEN......i'm like....gawd i just want real food..........not microwave, not wendys....so i subject myself to shoney's......yeah not best choice but bah-.....then on way home...car dies

Side of the interstate......my car dies

i start to walk back to exit to find payphone, and some crazy redneck guy, who kept talking about ...and i quote "those cawksaukers at whalmert.....tar rotation.....muh vans all wibboley wabboley" well at least he saved me from walking like a mile.....call my father, the mechanic supreme to come help....he does, car starts fine....he says dumbass, i go on my way....then car dies again in driveway...i kick it it starts again- it got me to Judas' will it get me home??

so with a day like this, i can only ask timmidly

* who cares
* what the fuck can go wrong tomorrow

btw i do apologize for posting a shout out to Judas earlier.....i've not played with new board enough yet, i was in a rush, and yeah.

It gets better, really. The times that try you like they do now, only plant the seed to better yourself. And when you do, you recall with some fondness how you used to be, and now how you are much better off.

I feel your pain, but I can honestly tell you, as I am sure some of the other folks on here, that things do get better, when you leave the past in the past.

I am very much WANTING to say fuck it.......the only thing that is getting me and kicking me in the balls is...i was sooooo close to being debt free...that point where i can pay my petty 50 dollar phone bill.....my silly little 50 dollar electricty bill and do what i want with the rest of my money

Infact just last night i was designing new tights to buy....thats gonna have to wait for a month or two now.....

right now i just feel like i am back to the start of the stage, when i was about to soooo kick MetalMan's ass.......now onto those wonderfull challenges again

I'm sorry all that shit went down bro. I know how that can be, when everything just rattles off all at once. It's like getting hit with the emotional equivalent of a machine gun, and you just feel exhausted. That's the way bad shit always seems to go down in my life, just one thing right after another. Best thing to do is just hold your head up, spend some extra time with your friends, and steady yourself against all that shit. I know it seems really rough right now, but you'll be amazed at how little you think about it once you get everything cleared up.

OK, you have definitely gotten the shitty end of the stick. Let us know what bank it was so that we can avoid it in the future. Also, doesn't FDIC cover fraud and theft of this nature?

As for home cookin' and computers, if you can haul your butt over to K-Town I'll let you use mine (its dial-up though) and we can probably make sad puppy eyes at one of the local Kitchen Witches to get some grub or else all I can offer is bachelor chow (read as chili and beer).

Ok babe.. here is what I can do to help. First of all my car is dead too... so I feel your pain. However I do have a spare computer you can use. It's slow as fuck but if you throw a modem into it, It will atleast access the internet. Better than nothing eh? You can borrow it till you get enough to reanimate your own computer. And if you can get to K-Town.. I'll make ya dinner. *hugs* Things will get better.

i dont have a car to offer, nor a computer, but i have some old german money i had gotten apprised the other day and its worth "some" money but not a whole lot. you can have it if you like. i will be at the coffeehouse friday night.

also, i had the same thing happen to me this past summer. i used amsouth bank and had some "unauthorized" charges on my checkcard. well, they did not do much to help me, but visa did. so, if you had a check card through visa or mastercard, try that.

So heres the update.

My money was insured, and said 'nerdy geek person' has apparently been 'taken care of' my money is back in my account, i still have a new account number to memorize- and about 600 worthless checks, which i am going to be taken care of on as well. How many days do you actually get an apology from a bank?

My car is still dead. I lost my key to it last night, so it could be all jesus-ified, and i just don't know it.

Upon getting my money back from bank, i bought alot of groceries. Like enough to keep me fed for....a few months. Of course perhaps a month with like a Jinxie attack at my house....but noless a while anyway.

The official diagnosis on my comp is my motherboard and or processor went, If someone does have something i could use, email me or something....email Judas, and get him phone numbers or just bring it to me.....I've got the modem from my comp, and i could wire my HD into another comp, and hopefully let the comp be good enough to wire most of my extra stuff up to. Ala my burner....cus i am musicless....and that almost makes me crazy.

I am using Library comps until such time as i have a loaner, or a new system, which is probably gonna end up being the case. I like the library....they have dsl.....it goes ZOOOOOOOOOM

anyway- thanks everyone for showing you care. I had a horrid monday, a boring tuesday....a productive wed....and a good/creative thursday.

Now i am off to do something new to muh hair- i believe in 2 weeks we'll call it "80s night winner"

Sorry, all that happened ,but you have your money back and things will get better. You had it for a few days,I have had those few days for a month. I know since I have been coming closer to God the devil is just trying to keep me down. Just because I refuse to be his own personal hand puppet. I make my own descions. Anywho, I am glad you have your money back. I hope everything else turns out. Have a blessed week!
