It's come to my attention that the playful, tongue-in-cheek use of the words "goth" and "gothic" are offensive to those "of the darker (minded) persuasion".
Perhaps a discussion of PC terms is in order here, so that we do not alienate the more literal minded or humor impaired among us... I will open communication with the following suggestions:
Black Like Our Soul
Black Like Our Clothes
Darkly Inclined
Joy Challenged
Color Resistant
Angst Enhanced
Drama Catalyst Society
B.O.R.E.D. (Bitchy Onanistic Reality-Exempt Dramajunkies)
Of course, fitting these phrases into situations where "goth" or "gothic" would be used by the insensitive may seem awkward at first, so let's practice:
KnoxDarklyInclined.Com
or
KnoxDramaCatalystSociety.com
Please be aware of the racial overtones of 'dark' and 'black' in your euphemism choices.

I vote that we petition the KGB to buy a short bus to come around and pick up people for Sanctus. It would say, "KNOX GOTHIC SCHOOLS" instead of "KNOX COUNTY SCHOOLS" and the bus number would be 666. Rick would drive.

LOL
Of course, this new school would not be for people who become B.O.R.E.D. easily...
We'll have to have a really cool Alternative School just for them, 'cause they're extra special.

I am highly tempted by this, but only if I get to drive drunk. I don't think I could face myself doing it sober.
