I didn't know but Senor Taco has remodeled since the last time I went there ages ago they now have booths and a warm colored decor- their food is as good as ever...

Would anyone be interested in going out one night for Margaritas there???

Might be fun.

its on broadway where the sonic and the bowling ally are.
if your coming from downtown, look to the left for a building that kind stands out.
if you get to the tazwell pike / old broadway split youve gone wayyy to far and turn around.

  Well, if my driving status wasn't on shakey ground, I'd be all up for it, without any questions. Well, that, and alcohol's still illegal for me. But, food is a nice alternative. Anyways, yeah, I'd be up for it, if I could hitch a ride from someone. Just gotta give me a wee bit of forewarning. :) 8-)

I'm always up for margaritas as long as they're made with vodka instead of tequila. How's the food there? Mexican food is one of my favorites, but I don't think I have ever tried Senor Taco's.

It's not a margarita if it doesn't have tequila in it.

I've heard bad things about a bug problem in the Señior Taco building... I'm afraid of it.

i don't give a crap how authentic it is, if there's a cockroach in my quesadilla, i'm not eating there.

Once, the food was kind've icky and cold... but it was good all of the other times... just depends on whether you get an alkie (etc.) for a cook or not, as with anywhere else...

How bout this Friday night - June 9th from 5:30 to 7:30..

If you ask for the smoking section they will put you over near the bar. I'm in town this weekend and will be free on Friday night to eat there. I'm thinking of running over to the tattoo convention afterwards for the 8PM show of white lightnin..

Oh, and the food is great every time I've ever been there. Went twice 2 weekends ago and everything was super. They also have a salsa bar with a selection of salsas and relishes. And it's relatively cheap for what you get. I've paid more for lesser quality at other restaurants.

And I've not seen a single bug there. They just remodeled the inside and it has yellow walls, and some booths and nice artwork and a proper bar over in the back corner.

So, is anyone game??

i try not to, but i have. twice.

as a cook, i could guarantee that if it wasn't at least edible, i'd find a way to trash it, and fuck food cost.

the other, previous time was as a dishwasher. as for that, i have to say that humans are the nastiest creatures in the world. especially after eating cockroach-filled chilli.

yuck.

yes, i know what to look for, and a decent (and i stress, decent) health inspector is only a google away. serve me shite and fuck. you. (not you in particular, pony, but restaurants at large)
