Went and saw it last night.
Alright...
Acting- MUCH BETTER! Substanitally...I'm glad that the kids are doing better, and they have a lot more characters in the new film, so it's not just the MOD squard running around cauing trouble.
Plot- If you've read the books, then you know. I'm glad it took a turn for the darker...Lot''s of killer forshadowing, and the ending isn't too shabby either.
Effects- Not too bad...Granted I saw it after working a 12 hour day, so I mgiht be wrong about this...but the Dragons were well done.
Dislikes- Outside of the shiity screenplay...Which I have come to expect. Dumbledor (sp?) looks freakishly thin, and the teachers at the school could really get down on their acting classes.
Overall- It wasn't too shabby. I'd rather see it in theaters than at home...If anything for theQuiddich World Cup and the Dragon scenes. I found the film rather humorus, but I enjoyed the slight teen angst side to it...
