Roommate!

Ok, we all know that bills suck.
This known fact has prompted me to move to a 2 bedroom apartment and search out a roommate. *grin* Now I know that you all love me and want to live with me, but there will only be room for ONE person to move in. I know this is disappointing, but I'm afraid there is nothing I can do.
So... If you are also looking for a roommate... The new apartment is close to UT, in a quiet neighborhood, quiet building, allows pets, can be painted, nice balcony, and I will be there. ;o)
Estimated share of costs including all utilities: 325 a month.
Don't everyone jump at once, but lemme know if you are interested. If this tread belongs somewhere else.. hehe sorry. ;o)

Ok, update!
The apartment I will be getting is a 2br 2 bath. Roommate would have their own room and bathroom. Share would be 438 a month. That includes utilities and phone and cable.
There are washer/dryer connections aswell. I have a washer and dryer, however if the person who wants to move in has one it can be worked out.
