we are looking for a volunteer or volunteers to attend Temple (the alternative dance night) to man a station near the front door to help take donations for the American Red Cross for Katrina Relief - we will be doing this over the next few weeks -
volunteers will be allowed into the club for free and will take shifts manning the red cross table (basicly doing nothing more than making sure someone doesnt make off with a bucket of money)
also temple will be donating a portion of the door in the next few weeks towards relief.

update, we will also be collecting donations of other items
the prefered item by the red cross is cash, but there are other agecies in the area that are collecting other items for shipping, if you were making a trip to goodwill this week , you might want to consider donating some of these items,
here is a list sent to me by benny smith of WUTK of items that are being collected localy for shipping to the affected areas :
