He talked to a chick online. He met up with her. They had sex in his car.
Her parents found out, and sent the cops looking for them. Caught them in his car together.
So...really.....all of these charges wouldn't be against him, if she wasn't 14.
My point was....it can be really hard to tell. A chick could be 12, and look 30!
Now, if he KNEW she was 14...that's a different story. That would just be sick.

I can c ur point, abreeskye (14 yrz old, I vizually passed 4 21 yrz old eazily enuff & often) ... I had 2 reread the whole article & *oopz* saw that it waz st8ed az consen2al sex ... my mistake ... the term "aggrev8ed sexual assault" waz misleading 2 me & I missed the consen2al part on the 1st read ...
I still think that it iz ridiculous 4 him 2 hav sex with a 14 yr old & not kno it, tho ... Not likely that a 14 yr old'z lack ov maturity would go unnoticed by many adultz ...
