Hardy(original director) and Lee will be involved, not sure if it's a sequel or reimagining

Remaking Wickerman is sacrilage to me. This movie is one of those films where everything works. The cast, the story, the music, my god, how could anyone think they could improve on this? By casting dipshit Nick Cage - Who has also expressed interest in a remake of Old Boy

.
Last I read there are 2 interested parties: Hardy, the original director, and Cage and Co who want to move the story to America (of course). I I sisncerely hope neither succeed.

Koma, I read just a snippit about it. Sounds good and I don't want to spoil if for myself by reading any more into it. I'd like to order this and Three Extremes / Dumplings at some point.
Also looking for something called Man Behind the Scissors. It got an interesting review in midnighteye.com and a great sounding story, but it said it was pretty light on the gore.

Hey bubba got Three Extremes on it's way,if ya interested I'll make you a dub(as long as it isn't over 4.7 gb's I can make a dvd, having some probs w/ finding dvd's in stores over 4.7),or you can borrow. Have to ck out that other flick your talking about. The more and more I think about the remake and especially with Schaffer dead,I think they should just leave Wicker alone, but holywood isn't one for original thought so.....I think I counted at least ten remakes coming up this year

Wow it had been so long since we talked about this that I had forgotten about it...but just saw the preview on TV.
*I* think it looks awesome. I <3 Nicholas Cage.
And I'll pick this over the world trade center movie *rolls eyes*
