• Drummer needed(like a motherf****r)

I'm reposting this because that first one turned into an argument about punk rock

I'm looking for a drummer that wants to play some hard, fast music
our bass player just headed back to nashville for christmas, but he'll be back in january
so we just need somebody to come in and go over the 10 or 12 songs we've got(and anything else I come up with) until he gets back and we get prepared for a show
we're not looking for any fuckin peligros or anything
you just need to be able to play, and have a place to play
cos I can't fit a drum kit in my tiny ass apartment and I don't think my neighbors would appreciate it
it's myself on guitar and vocals, two other vocalists and a bass player
if anybody's serious about it, try e-mailing me, I'll check this again, but I doubt I'll be on this board much

drummers are tough thing to come by i know of only two on this board myself and blindboy and i have all but quit drumming in hopes of singing in my own band and blindboy works like mad and on top of that i havent played in a "punk band" in almost 10 years besides im classic rock/classic heavymetal all the way

Hmm. I think TNPunkGuy plays drums but I'm pretty sure he has his own band. I've always wanted to learn to play, just haven't yet.

Negative, no current band, just jamming with old bandmates, haven't got a whole lot of time to dedicate to music at the moment, what with 19 hours at college and 40+ at work
