They are SUPPOSED to have made it IMPOSSIBLE for people to jump from there......
but then again.....people can be so ingeneous.
I suppose if you wanted to see a reall cool graphic of it you could always rent a copy of "The Shadow".......the one with Alec Baldwin......It had a really good CGI of someone jumping from the top and bouncing off one of the lower levels.
