OK, my sister has a rental property near her house...3-bedroom, 2-bath, located in a very peaceful subdivision. I can live here rent free, under the condition that I , go to, stay in, & pass college. The only part that trips me up is...It's in Charleston, South Carolina. I love the city, but, I'm not sure if I should just up-root & move there. Not that alot of oppertunities linger here, but...

I guess I'm asking for advise...

I wish I could just move out of state and go to college like that. I have tried but I don't have the financial backing to do it. Take the opportunity. Its a nice city, and I will come and visit you.
