Election Day Poll

I'm just curious about "yall's" voting habits. No one of course has to participate, to some, the voting process is very personal.
I, however, am proud to have voted early and voted for Kerry.
If you need transportation to the polls, say something on here. Perhaps a nice KG'er can hook ya up.
Also, even if you didn't get a voter card, you can go to your local polls and they should have your name down, just bring a photo id and some other form of identification.
GODDAMN...it won't let me edit the poll. I fucked it up. GAH.
Oh, well, if you voted early for Kerry, just choose the other voting for Kerry option til a nice admin can come along and fix it.
Edit:
Editing a poll is a PAIN IN THE ASS. I've at least added the early vote/Kerry option. I also upped the max number of poll questions on the forum - but the options are still screwy on this one. I'd have to delete the thread to fix it.

I voted this morning and I voted Kerry. I'm sure all the old people in my community were wondering though as I walked through their in a daze. Damn road trips.

OK - I've deleted the polll, and re-created it. If there's one thing I can't allow, it's a bad vote for shrubbie.
Please vote again.

While I do not feel he is a good president, I voted for Bush more out of a distaste for democratic party political and economical policies and beliefs. I'm of the mind neither of the candidates are going to do anything nearly approaching a good job, but I can generally expect Bush to vote in line with my beliefs on domestic policies. Personally I'm just hoping for a more competent and moderate candidate in 2008.

I thought it already had gone through!? Maybe we still have time.

its a sad thing that who ever wins this election will not win because they are well liked, but they will win because more people hated the other guy more.

I voted early.
I voted Kerry.
Vote that Son of a Bush out!
If Bush gets re-selected again, I dread to think what our country will be like in 4 years. Bush is beholden to those forces who wish to turn our country into a Christian theocracy where you can get burned at the stake or stoned to death for having premarital sex, eating pork, or believing in anything other than the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

actually it was down to flordia, ohio, and PA.
kerry got PA
if he gets iowa, the numbers the other states are showing are saying it wont matter if bush gets flordia.
plus flordia is still really fucking close.
so is ohio.
those two states determine the next prez.

When you look at this
map
it is at first disheartening to see all that red, but then you realize that Bush just won a lot of podunk states with few electoral votes. Kerry got some of the big ones like CA, NY, etc. Texas is the biggest Bush got, which is pretty expected. So, yeah...Florida and Ohio...

Being a Floridian myself, I'm still hoping Southern Florida will spontaneously cecede from the Union, diminishing the power of the state of the whole perhaps, but raising the average IQ a good 25 points.
Being a Floridian, I can say that Southern Florida is a pox upon existance, and we'd be far better off without it. The first one of you freaks who starts waving the Big Orange though is gonna get plastered with blue & orange paintballs and dumped in the middle of a UT practice session.

Yep, Florida is nothin but rednecks and old bastard rich folks...and a lot of them at that.

And I'm all for the rednecks.. They're good, hardworking people for the most part. A bit too friggin' conservative, but without the rich yankee fuckers, they wouldn't have enough votes to do any damage. If you weren't born or at least raised on Florida Soil, get the hell back to where you came from and screw up their lives instead. Quit overtapping the bloody aquifer, polluting the lakes and rivers, and draining the frigging wetlands for condo's and private beaches.
*grumbles*

Ah well...I voted early and for Kerry. And I voted for Kerry for one reason. I firmly believe that the war war with Iraq was a rash and foolish decision that has made the world a much more dangerous place. I hold the President accountable for that decision and seriously question his and his cabinet's leadership and forthrightness. I could give a shit about democrats or republicans. It was sad to see that this opinion was not as widespread as I had hoped.
But, I am through. I made my opinion heard, cast my vote for what I thought was right, and now will live with the consequences. But I am done with politics from here on out. I hate to sound all "sour grapes," but I need to face the fact that I am in the minority and go back to just enjoying MY life. To start, I'm shutting off that damn TV tonight. I really do hope that the administration will be considerate that nearly 50% of the population has taken issue with his leadership. We will see...
