A firm is trying to recruit me to go work there, not as a Nova employee but as a contractor. Anyway, anyone work at nova, or have worked at Nova? if so, what did/do you do? did you like it?

any information that would help make my decision, assuming they make an official offer would be really helpful.

it would be about an 8K a year raise.. but I would be leaving a very stable environment going to one with a bit more risk.

I've known a few folks who worked there & I don't remember hearing much complaining. In fact, several of them tried to recruit me to come work there too, which generally implies good things.

well they did not contact me yesterday like he told me he would, but he's been a bit of a slacker getting in touch with me, this guy. That's ok, I didn't want to get up at 7 am this morning anyway. hehe
