This is terrible news. Coming from the experience of my step-father's four bypass surgeries (not a quadruple bypass, but 4 separate surgeries....most of them double-bypass I think), my heart goes out to Iman and their children.

I wish them the best of luck, and Bowie a speedy recovery.

Apparently the problem was discovered after the concert in Prague. He was able to get 15 songs in, leaving the stage and halting the concert on three occasions, before he would agree to stop the show.

On a side note, BBC is running an all day tribute to David Bowie, today, July 10th. Some of the segments are being aired via internet if anyone wants to check them out.
