Lost city of Atlantis has been found.....maybe

What could very well be the lost city of Atlantis...which is cool they found it, but also a bummer....not nearly as neat as we dreamed it to be.

Hmm and I thought Thera was the leading theory on being Atlantis, altho the Greek govt allows no archaeological study near or on the island

I saw some thing on the discovery channel a few years ago that was arguing different places it could be. The most convincing one was the azores. It had the location, the concentric rings thing, and some kind of bird or something...a few other things I forgot.
It probably won't be found and confirmed any time soon, if ever, but it's interesting to think about.
