• OH thank God... Richard Simmons isn't going to jail.

Some of you may have heard that Richard Simmons was charged with assault. He slapped a guy in the face. The guy he slapped was:

Harley Davidson salesman/ex-con/cage wrestler

How funny would that have been, Mr. Sweatin' to the Oldies in the Big House. Maybe Merle Haggard would have done a benefit to get him out, sha right.

Well the case has been dismissed as part of a plea bargin (or payoff to the slapee depending on how you look at it).

How stupid...the guy must'v been makin fun of the old show or somethin....i've been slapped before and I never even thought about filing a complaint. Who else thinks this "harely davidson salesman/ ex-con/ cage wrestler" had a grudge?

He said he pressed charges cause you "couldn't just go around slapping people."

But the fact that old man Simons slapped a guy like a foot taller and about 100+ pounds bigger is pretty ballsey.

Still would like to see the ads for "Sweatin' in Solitary" or "Sweatin' to the Jail House Rock featuring Richard Simmions and Cell Block D" or "Richard Simmion's DIY Jailhouse Tat Kit with Instructional Video."
