• Anyone interest in renting practice space?

Is anyone interested in splitting some practice space with me?

Where: East TN storeage off of Dutch Valley road. (close to 640 off of old broadway)

Price: $160/month utilities are paid for by the landlord. Also this is a month to month deal, so there are no contracts to be signed here.

Size: 10'X25'

Security: The landlord says there are cameras everywhere. I plan on buying renters insurance just to be safe anyway.

Rules: Playing must start after 5pm, and can go on until whenever.

Airconditioning/Heating: Landlord says he will cut out a place for an airconditioner if it is wanted. Heating would probably be done with a small electric heater if neseccary at all.

of course we will all split this stuff evenly man. If we had four people we would need $320 thats $80 each to get this started. $320 is first and last months rent btw, then after that it would be $40/month. Like I said no contracts.
