as far as im concerned. this is as bad as those people in the early 80's trying to sue AC/DC for turning there children over to the occult. because of thier song "Highway to Hell". it was utterly rediculous.
where this poem is concerned i think that the poem it self is not in- criminating unless he caries out some acts of violence which were portrayed in it. i have felt like that kid before. cause of the way i was treated poorly by others in my school. i really think that he is merely expressing the way he feels about his fellow classmates. he is also doing it to see how many gullable retards he can draw out of the woodwork. he did not deserve to be arrested. maybe monitered for an amount of time. but not arrested thats so stupid. and the fact that some kid carried out an act of school violence 2 weeks earlier is a coincidence.

Intrestingly enough, I heard this on the radio this morning. My brother was arrested for the same thing. However, the lower courts threw it out and said that it was free speach, and that he had NOT commited a crime, just that he MIGHT of thought about it. Furthermore, poetry is a means of expression, and release, that way people DON'T kill their classmates. I seriously wouldn't expect this is take 90 days. I would expect the boys to sue the system though, and win.

I agree completely.Writing something violent is a way of getting the rage out,if I kill someone in a poem then I don't have to kill them in real life.Unless of course,I just really want to
