Ok, well then I guess this would be where I point out that I'm sorry but I did not find that Email address displayed where I could see it and it say "Email this if you're having problems logging in".

THANK you for addressing this however. Because now I know. I was ready to find someone and cuss them out too for NOT having an Email address for us to contact. But now that I know, I shall not forget. And please don't grumble at me. You should have heard how much *I* was grumbling when I couldn't log into my damn name.

Again, I'm sorry that I did not see that Email addy. And I will make sure it doesn't happen again. I'll log in on more of a regular basis.
