knoxINDUSTRIAL

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

I don't think a pure Industrial club night in this town would survive... and thats a shame, because it sure would be fun.

industrial gets tiring after awhile, thats why we like to throw EBM darkwave techno trip-hop and retro into the mix and call it Sanctus

yeah, i wouldn't trade Sanctus for anything. the DJs make sure there is a good mix of everything. I love electronic music in general, so it's all good to me. I mark out for any kind of night that might rear its ugly head and bring some different stuff to the local scene though.

ah... but i love my industrial (and its offshots - darkwave... ebm and the others) youre right, a pure industrial club wouldnt survive. but it would be nice. of course, not that i can go to any clubs anyhow, me being 15 and all. anyway, as you guys probably know, neubauten is gonna be in asheville on May 16. i cant go myself, it being 18 and up and all, but i would consider to anyone going and checking them out.

(they will also be in atlanta on the 15. check out either show, its sure to be good. or check out both. heh.)

(oh yeah, i did a quick edit on this because i had misspelled a few things, and the server says i cant make a post right after i amde a post. does anyone know whats up with it?)

Yes. I set it that way.

I know, it's annoying - but it's not as annoying as when somebody decides to make 50 garbage posts in a row that I have to clean up.

This way, they can only do it every 2 minutes - it gets pretty annoying to try.

Let me put it this way: When I do play hard industrial, not just random noise or boring club shit like covers, new industrial like things off the DSBP label such as Diverje and Aghast View, the floor clears.

And that's why. Plus, why didn't you show up to Chimera where we would play that?

Anyway. Request some Diverje for the next Sanctus or some Biopsy.

i would love to go to sanctus... however, as i stated earlier, age restrictions prevent us "young uns" to go to many live shows. which sucks. so if sanctus is still around in three or four years, ill be sure to request whatever industrial is still around.
