Ok, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place or not, but here goes.


I'm not trying to be mean or anything....
A lot of you I have been giving rides around to different events and such. I just thought I would let you know of a few new rules. Some of you may already know them, and for any future riders, I figured I'd let you know here.


Ok, if you ride with me, I would appreciate if you gave a lil something for gas money. And since I don't have a job right now, gas money is very much appreciated.

Also, if you need a ride, please call me. Don't expect for me to call you cause I really don't know what's going on. Plus, as much as I would love to, I really can't read minds at this point in time.

A few of you know that I have a dumbass curfew of 1am, so if you don't mind being home at like 12am, then that's cool. If you have a problem with that, tho, it would prolly be a good idea to ride with someone else.

Sometimes, not often, but sometimes, I might not be able to get all of you, or even some of you. PLease don't get pissed off at me.

Finally (and possible the most bitchy-ess of all), If you don't call me for a ride and I have no idea that you needed one, then please don't get all whiney and pissed off. Like I said, I don't know you need a ride or want to go anywhere unless you call me.


Sorry if this pisses people off or whatever, I just thought I would let you all know, and I'm not trying to be mean.

If the mods feel this post needs to be deleted or whatever then I completely understand.

I remember having this same policy when I was 17 and got my mustang.

I called it the @ss, cash, gas, or grass policy. Those who had a problem with it were frequently left out in the middle of nowhere with no way back.

It's amazing how much money people started giving me at that point in time. It became more profitable to taxi my friends around than work.

That's totally reasonable, Kit. People who might think to complain, should get their own wheels.

While I c this az a personal issue & NOT a forum issue, I am glad that u finally grew a pair & said sumthing... the only peepz that would hav a prob with what u r asking r 2 self-centered 2 dezerv a ride at all! ... btw, peepz only take advantage ov u az long az u allow them 2 ...

Well Kit and I talked about how she would post this, and honestly there are too many FUCKING PEOPLE who just EXPECT her to be their personal chuffer, and drive them around. I mean, once this guy got mad at her becuase SHE didn't CALL HIM, and ask HIM if HE needed a fucking ride. There are people walking all over her and it needs to stop! I personally think that it is an issue with other people on the board. OK, I'm done ranting, and the only reason I haven't said anything to these particualr people, is becuase I am fairly new to the board, and I don't see it as my place.

Well, I wasn't picking on anyone, and there are quite a few that asks me for rides, and I don't mind it at all. But I just thought the best way to let everyone know (and even future riders) is to post it somewhere where everyone looks.
