Been awhile since I made this so here goes:
12 oz bag chocolate morsels
12 oz. bag butterscotch morsels
1 c peanut butter
2 c marshmallows (or desired amount)
1 c cocktail peanuts (optional)
Just toss ingredients in a lrg. bowl, microwave, stirring occastionally. Put in a square pan or dish & refrigerate. (Adding a tsp. of cinnimon to mixture is said to inspire marriage proposal)
Of course after giving my 1st husband this concoction he in fact proposed to me only a week later. The outcome ... to f**ked up for words! 
(Little did I know he had homosexual tendencies!) Now that I think about it, I guess that shit really did work!
