Cruising for Jocks with the Cheerleader

I have my own mode of transportation again! Yay! I bought a 2000 Mercury Cougar V6. Her name is Stormi Skylar. She's not real fast, but she is peppy, cute and loaded. After spending the last week car shopping and talking to salesmen that thought I had no clue about anything, I'm so glad to have my own car again. Now to get her paid off so she can be all mine!

I'm jealous. No, really, I am. I love the Merc Cougars!
That, and I need a car myself... didja get a good deal? Can I get a better deal geared specifically towards poor unemployed goth trash like me? LOL

Congratulations, btw  A new (to you) car is a kick ass thing!

I think I got a pretty kick ass deal. Sunroof, spoiler, leather seats, 6 disc cd changer, 34,000 miles and the whole "cougar kitten and caboodle" for under $10,000. I guess no one wanted it since it was a standard shift.

Dunno about that. I may have gotten the only one for under 12k that wasn't a steaming pile of crap that someone ran the hell out of.

Danke! Wish I didn't have to smash up the Talon in order to get the Cougar, but Pele was probably ready for an eternal sleep with as much as I drove her. I'm glad you like it. It's no Audi TT, but I'm still pretty happy with it.

Me? Hardcore? Woohoo!

Seriously though, I'd never buy an automatic again. They're just not as much fun to drive.

Btw, sorry Morgan. I'd have let you and Rikki be my first sorostitutes yesterday but I was so tired I didn't want to jeopardize anyone else's life but mine. Just 14 more hours to go until sleeeeeeep....

Read post "Some days bite back"

I wrecked it. Crash boom bang. Strange that you didn't know about it. Karla read the thread and replied. I figured you'd have heard about it since you two share the same brain.

I think we're coming out for a little while, but it won't matter because you'll forget all that stuff anyway. :P

Don't know you, but that's a good deal. That and since it's a 2000 it's a good 11k miles under where it should be. I'm jealous of the leather and CD changer. MMMMMM...leather...

Yeah, yeah...I know. It was even too girly for me, but then again, I'm convinced I'm about 2 mL of testosterone away from being a man anyway. I just wanted it for the VW crest on the hood really. But ya know....it's no ACVW.

Thanks WD! I don't know you either, but if the boyfriend person makes me move to Nashvegas, chances are that we'll meet up sometime since you're one of "those" people right? :P
