• How big is your Music Folder?

Mine's 19.1 GB (20,592,717,926 bytes) and growing.

I find I listen to my music more if I put it all on the computer.

I have to burn all of my stuff because mine is at work. I have around 50 mp3 cds so im guessing around 30G give or take.

we hag around 3500 files before we had to put it onto disc . We installed a new OS and I find that the computer runs a bit better without all those files taking up all the space

I REALLY hope santa will bring me 200gig fire wire external drive fer my MP3s... want to set up MP3 DJ rig

when its all over with, i'll be floating around 60-something gig.

Now take into account this is spread out over 3 hardrives, there are duplicates, and its not including mp3 discs. A completely accurate account of this will be made perhaps later today, as those 3 hardrives are scoped out to one virgin 100 gig drive.

i don't know how much i have, but i know it isn't alot. i have and 80g hard drive, and am only down to 67.7g left of free space. i don't have alot of anything on my computer. and i usually burn whatever i download quickly on to mastercopies, even porn :spank:

, then try to log them later. i'm really bad about that. my cds are SO random, they can go from prince to linkin park to tori to manson to bob dylan to garbage to dave matthews to techno to oldies to rap. and the list goes on. i never know whats coming up next. :dj:

it has taken me over 2 weeks to finally finish logging all the burned cds, and now i am working on making actual mixed cds. bathtub music, hippie music, the get up and dance on a pole mix, the I'm so goth i stapled my hand to my forehead mix, and soon the sanctus mix. one day i will finish, only to have even more music and have to do it all over again.:sighs: its and endless cycle.

I have a random music folder that has all kinds of randomness as the name would imply. The rest is cataloged by artist and album. 98% of which is 160 bit or better.
