They have Weisgarber and Papermill all tore up so if you have to go through these places use the alternate routes.

Why does that not surprise me ... 
West knoxville is always torn up with road destruction. You know why we're called Big Orange Country? It's because of all the orange construction signs and the orange and white construction barrels all over the place.
