a very close friend of mine, and his band, senryu will be playing at blue cats, fri dec 12. and they bring in enough people to blue cats, they will let them play there again in the furture. they are a local band, and i believe all the members are UT students. the lead singer has been a very close friend of mine since what seems to be the dawn of time. and i promised him i would put the word out.

they are not a goth band. and they are NOT emo, thank god. i don't really know what they are classified as, but they are often compared to the smiths, and the smashing pumpkins. their latest album is very "mellon collie and the infinite sadness"-ish. anyways, there is a link below if you want to check them out. so, if you want to hear some new music, or just want to see a show. senryu, dec 12 at blue cats. i recommend. i hope to see you there( i won't take it personal of i don't, though).
