If you are a celebrative soul, get more drunk than the previous 3 birthdays combined.
If your not that celebrative or just broke seing how most people get paid on fridays hit all the restraunts that offer free dinners/meals throught knoxville.
If you are a celebrative soul and like idea number two..... go for both...... but invest in something to keep you from getting sick

you could go to a strip joint... or karaoke.... hehehe... those are some things that i would do for my birthday.

Two votes for Electric Ballroom (counting the other thread). Is the same guy djing? He'd play whatever you want. You can bring your favorite songs & dance you booty off!
