Back in my day we had to wait until halloween to stock up on black lipstick and fishnets...

We didn't have no stinkin' Hot Topic in the mall!

We had to walk 2 miles uphill in the snow to get to Sanctus!!

Why, we didn't even have a chat back in the day!!

I think I told a table full of KG kids the same thing a couple of weeks ago at Tomo for sushi night, and they looked at me as if I had four heads......whippersnappers...maybe that was it...im just old

It has more members than KG - also no surprise, after all, it's a much bigger city, known for its freakiness, right?

But...

They've got 933 members registered on their forum. KG is over halfway there, and our current forum opened February 13 of this year, theirs has been open since July, 2001.

They've got 67190 posts - we've got 27539, counting this one.

They average 73 posts per day - we average 112.

And while I don't run a "hit counter" that you can see, the total hits for the entire KG site this year were 25,086,860 as of 5 this morning.

Hot Topic is a store that sells stuff. Only individuals are cool or not. You can rock some HT clothes (they are often featured in Gothic Beauty mag)...but if you listen to Good Charlotte you still suck.

I listen to Good Charlotte as well as a lot of other stuff most people hate......silly me, I thought that made me an individual. I mean Im not rocking the lunchbox or the tshirts...but lets just say that I am really glad there are no musical stipulations to get on here...Im sure by someones standards I wouldnt have made it. i suck
