• WHO WANTS TO SEE VOLTAIRE?

If I can get a quick positive response from a BUNCH of people I can get my boss at the new Urban Bar to get Voltaire for Halloween for an 8 or 9pm show. Cover would be about 8 bucks or less. For those who don't know Voltaire's work check out Voltaire.net. I'd need baout 100 people to make it worth bringing him down here so post if you would definitely like to see this show happen.

Also, I suggest you edit your post and make a poll, 'cause it'll be easier to see the response and numbers than reading through everyone's Nay/Yay or assorted crap posts...

Not because I don't like Voltaire, I love Voltaire, but I will be out of the city on the proposed dates......so I just want to spoil it for everyone else.

All I have to say is VOLTAIRE, I would be so there but sadly halloween I will be elsewhere... Hope you can make it happen though!

BTW if anyone is wondering where the Urban Bar is... Old BW3s in the old city

Ok I was talking with my boss and I agreed with him that Halloween was too soon to promote Voltaire playing here and also most of us who would want to see him already have plans on Halloween. So what we are going to try to do is get him for the next Friday the 13th that rolls around. How's that sound?

Caught him when he played Nashville. Very good show. Although he wasn't exactly who I would have thought of to open for the Cruxshadows, it did work.
