Vampy hasn't been to kanpai of tokyo and I love their food and how they cook at the table. I wanted to take him in a week or two and wondered if anyone else wanted to tag along and make a fun event of it. Kanpai won't know what hit 'em! Every one is welcome!

My nephew didn't like when he was younger. He still calls it the "fire place". It was really only the 5 seconds of fire he didn't like, but he was 3 at the time.

It would be on a Friday or Saturday nite and I have seen kids there but they do set a fire on the table like Sir D said so the kids may not like it. Then again they may like watching the chef do his little tricks while cooking. Its sooo yummy!

BOO likes Hibachi places, and has been going since she was 3ish. Ask the chef to tell you when he's gonna make "fire".

As long as it's not *too* late. I usually have a 3 1/2 going on 16 year old with me.
And yeah, we'd need to know when the dude was going to make Fire cause little girl is way tooo interested in it.

I'm all over it. Couple of bottles of sake, and some asian guy flinging knives! Sounds like a family reunion to me.
Anyone want to be my date? I'm a sure thing.
