Arrr, the Vampyrates have plundered again, the richness that is the Asheville scene, and there was plenty of booty to go around. I'm all up for raiding them again next month.

Yes, it was a great turn-out all around. I kept looking back at that corner of the club, thinking, "Damn. There must be 20 Knoxgoths here. What am I going to do if they don't come back?"

Because it pretty much translates to, "The hundred-or-so people who were are the club weren't bad." I've lived in Asheville for ~6 years now, and every year there are more hippies driving us into extinction. Yech. Had I known some of you were coming down early (and looking for places to eat and things to do), I would've warned you against the more hippie-infected places.

At any rate, you shouldn't worry overmuch about having to drive through the snow to get to T5C. I'm planning to move to Boston in January, so we'll only be doing this a few more times. They'll all be fantastic, and you should come down and cherish Asheville's brief brush with a goth scene. But unless I can make a living doing this, and the scene here picks up a *lot*, I'm going to have to go in search of blacker pastures.

ASHVILLE KICKED @SS!! I had much fun...minus the resulting projectile vomiting at 8am in the denny's parkinglot surrounded by Cop Cars.
Was much drunk. Maddness ensued. Silly string flew. Danced like crazy, and even did some night time church exploration. I am gonna go back next month even if no one else does...just because.
I didn't manage to partake in as much booty as the other pirates...but ARRGH it was fun any how!!
